Camera-Ready Paper Submission Procedure  

*** Deadline for Final Paper Submission and Author's Registration is August 27, 2010 ***


The following are the instructions for preparing a final camera-ready submission of an accepted paper. Please adhere to the given instructions so that your paper will be included in the Springer CCIS Proceedings Volumes. Note that all accepted paper are required to be presented at the CSBio 2010 conference in either an oral or poster session.

The final acceptance of your paper is subject to the following conditions:

Incorporation of reviewers' comments in your final camera-ready paper,
Conformance to the LNCS format: http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=
0-164-7-72376-0

Registration by the Author's Registration Deadline date for the conference.

The maximum page length is fifteen (15) pages.  Two (2) additional pages at USD $80 per additional page charge may be added, payable during registration.   Papers exceeding this limit need special permission from the PC Chair.

The use of the LaTeX Template is highly recommended.  However, other formats such as Word or RTF are also acceptable.

Page numbers should NOT be shown in the final camera-ready paper.

Submission Information

(A) Your archived final online submission must be submitted to the same EasyChair site as before: https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=csbio2010 Your final submission to the online site needs to include the following:

1. Final camera-ready paper in PDF format

2. All source files that are used to produce the final PDF file

     (i) LaTeX source files with all the associated style files, special fonts and eps or bib files needed to typeset the manuscript. Compress all these files into a single archive file.
     (ii) If possible, use direct latex to pdf conversion (without intermediate dvi,ps)
     (iii) Word or RTF source files are also possible submission formats.

3. Signed CCIS Copyright Form

     (i) The copyright form may be downloaded from http://www.csbio.org/copyrightccis.pdf
     (ii) Fill out the form with the following information:

         > Title of the Book/Volume/Conference: CCIS CSBio 2010
         > Volume Editor(s): Chan, J.H., Ong, Y.S., Cho, S.-B.
         > Title of Contribution: Fill in the title of your paper here
         > Author(s) name(s): Fill in your name(s) here
         > Corresponding Author's name, address, affiliation and e-mail: Fill in the name, postal
             address, affiliation and e-email address of the corresponding author here


     (iii) Sign the form and then scan it as either an image or pdf file. One author can sign on behalf of all authors.
