Presentation Instructions

Instructions for Oral Presentation

1. Each presenter is allocated 25 minutes in total. It is recommended that
    each oral presentation would take 18 minutes, followed by 7 minutes of Q&A.
2. Please inform us beforehand if you have any special requirements.
    Microsoft Powerpoint as well as OpenOffice will be available on the computer
    provided in the presentation room.

Instructions for Poster Presentation

Each poster presenter will get two poster boards. The workable size of each poster board surface is 60 cm in width and 85 cm in height.
The poster session will be held on Friday 5 November 2010 from 15:00 until 16:30 on the 4th floor of the School of Information Technology building.
Posters can be mounted from 13:00, Friday 5 November. Tacks will be provided.
Please dismount your poster at the end of the poster session.
