- Each presenter is allocated 20 minutes in total. It is recommended that each oral presentation would take 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.
- Please inform us beforehand if you have any special requirements. Microsoft Powerpoint as well as OpenOffice will be available on the computer provided in the presentation room. You are welcome to use your own computing device to present if you have the appropriate vga port/vga adaptor.

Instructions for Poster Presentations
- Each poster presenter will get one side of a poster board. The dimension of the poster board is 1 m (width) x 2 m (height), with the recommended workable size of each poster board surface being not larger than 90 cm in width and 120 cm in height.
- The poster session will be held on Wednesday 3 October 2012 from 17:00 until 18:15 at the Ballroom foyer of the Centara Grand venue hotel.
- Posters can be mounted from 13:00, Wednesday 3 Oct. Tools for attaching the poster will be provided at the venue.
- Please dismount your poster by the end of lunch on Friday 5 Oct at the latest.
